2. Compliance with Group Rules and Regulations
2.1. Subscribers must adhere to all NGMP group rules and regulations during the subscription period.
2.2. All advertisements must strictly follow the agreed offer as discussed and approved before or during the subscription.
3. No Refund Policy
3.1. Once a subscription has been activated, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
3.2. It is the responsibility of the subscriber to fully understand and agree to the service terms before signing up.
4. Liability for Facebook Group Loss or Suspension
4.1. NGMP is not responsible for unforeseen events that may lead to the suspension or deletion of the Facebook group, including but not limited to platform-related actions or third-party interventions.
4.2. In the event of such occurrences, no refunds or compensation will be provided as these are beyond our control.
5. Changes to Terms and Conditions
NGMP reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Subscribers will be informed of any significant changes.
