c. Service Cancellation by Gwrite
If Gwrite cancels the service due to unforeseen circumstances or is unable to complete the project, you will be entitled to a refund for any portion of the work that has not been delivered.
2. Non-Refundable Instances
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
1. Client-Initiated Cancellations
- Refunds will not be provided if services are canceled by the client after work has commenced, except as otherwise specified in the agreement.
2. Change of Mind
- Refunds are not available if you change your mind or decide to no longer pursue the services after they have been initiated.
3. Lack of Timely Client Input
- Delays or issues caused by the client, such as failure to provide necessary information, approvals, or resources, are not grounds for a refund.
4. Customized or Completed Work
- Customized advertising solutions, completed campaigns, or delivered creative assets are non-refundable once provided.
